About Caddo County Court Records

Court records in Caddo County live across several offices: the Caddo County Court Clerk, the Caddo County Clerk, the Sheriff, and a handful of state-level agencies. Finding the right office on the first try is half the battle. We built this site so you can land on the right portal, address, or phone number without bouncing between government websites. The county seat is Anadarko, and the Caddo County Courthouse at 110 SW 2nd Street is where most of these offices sit.

Why We Built This Site

Oklahoma gives the public broad access to court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Caddo County District Court, part of Oklahoma Judicial District 6 alongside Grady, Jefferson, and Stephens counties, hears felony, family, and civil cases, and its files sit with the Caddo County Court Clerk, Patti Barger. That office also keeps dockets, probate, marriage, and divorce records and issues certified copies. The Caddo County Clerk, Rhonda Johnson, records land instruments such as deeds and mortgages. The Anadarko Municipal Court handles city ordinance and traffic matters, and the Sheriff manages the jail roster and active warrants. Most online case access runs through the statewide OSCN and ODCR systems. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Oklahoma court, the Caddo County Court Clerk, the Caddo County Clerk, the sheriff's office, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services, separate from the official Caddo County offices and Oklahoma court portals. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
