Why We Built This Site
Oklahoma gives the public broad access to court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Caddo County District Court, part of Oklahoma Judicial District 6 alongside Grady, Jefferson, and Stephens counties, hears felony, family, and civil cases, and its files sit with the Caddo County Court Clerk, Patti Barger. That office also keeps dockets, probate, marriage, and divorce records and issues certified copies. The Caddo County Clerk, Rhonda Johnson, records land instruments such as deeds and mortgages. The Anadarko Municipal Court handles city ordinance and traffic matters, and the Sheriff manages the jail roster and active warrants. Most online case access runs through the statewide OSCN and ODCR systems. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
