How to Search Caddo County Court Records
The main path for Caddo County court records runs through the Oklahoma State Courts Network, known as OSCN. Searching Non-OSCN Caddo County Records
OSCN does not carry every Oklahoma court. Some district courts post their dockets to a separate system. OSCN links to it as Search Non-OSCN Counties. That system is On Demand Court Records, often shortened to ODCR. It serves many participating Oklahoma courts and handles online payments.
You can reach On Demand Court Records directly. It lets the public search court records from participating courts and pay online for many case types. Between OSCN and ODCR, most public Oklahoma district court records are reachable from a browser. The two systems overlap in places and differ in others.

Public Access to Caddo County Court Records
Oklahoma treats most court files as open. The Oklahoma Open Records Act sets the baseline. The short title sits at 51 O.S. Section 24A.1, and 51 O.S. Section 24A.5 opens public records for inspection and copying during business hours unless a law makes them confidential. Court case access has its own rule. A 2009 Oklahoma Supreme Court directive provides electronic case access case by case through OSCN or ODCR and bars bulk distribution.
The online docket is public, yet it is not the official record. The Court Clerk holds that. Anyone may view open dockets, but a certified copy comes from the clerk and may carry a fee. Sealed, juvenile, and expunged material does not appear in the public view.

Note: An online docket gives you public case information, but only a certified copy from the Court Clerk is accepted as official proof in a legal proceeding.
County Clerk Land Records vs Court Cases
Two clerks serve Caddo County, and they hold different files. The Court Clerk keeps district court cases. The County Clerk, Rhonda Johnson, keeps recorded land instruments and real property records. Those are not court cases.
The County Clerk runs an official records portal at the Avenu Insights real property search. Use it for deeds, mortgages, and recorded documents. Do not use it for criminal, civil, divorce, probate, traffic, or warrant searches. Those route to OSCN and the Court Clerk.

Land records and court records live in two systems. A court case search starts at OSCN, not this portal. Mixing the two wastes time and returns nothing useful.
Sealed and Confidential Caddo County Records
Not every file is open. Oklahoma law closes some categories outright. Juvenile court records, along with related agency, school, and social files, are confidential under 10A O.S. Section 2-6-102. Access is limited to eligible parties and officials. Adoption files and many mental-health proceedings carry similar protection. Personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers and full birth dates are redacted from public copies.
Sealing and expungement remove qualifying adult records from public view. Eligibility runs through 22 O.S. Section 18, and Section 18a supplies the petition and order forms. A person usually files in the district court where the case sits, so a Caddo case routes to Caddo County District Court. Juvenile expungement follows a separate path under 10A O.S. Section 2-6-109. Some Caddo County court records are not online. Older files, sealed documents, and certified copies all run through the Court Clerk. The office sits in the Caddo County Courthouse in Anadarko.
